Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I grew up in rural Australia where my mother nurtured my instincts for cooking by encouraging me to go to culinary school, saying, “No matter where you go, people always need to eat.” Following her advice, I worked as a chef for many years, making sure that wherever I went, people did eat well. Now I live in Boulder, CO where I write about living and eating well on a budget.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I'm a recession-strategy blogger. I share tips on grocery shopping on a budget, and tips on managing your food for the week applying my no waste, no fuss approach to healthy, easy gourmet cooking.
