Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I love to share with woman ways to health in our hectic life. Not just tips that you have heard but ideas from ancient feminine cultures for our health. Truly simple ways to look at ourselves that seem no brainer but shift how we feel in our femininity. Learning to be in our bodies, sensuality or senses and awaken our 6th sense of intuition which we all have. We must be in our body, not in our mind all the time as the world would have it. Simple but something to practice. However, we are woman so once you connect to that, it is truly easy for us to use our ways for health, joy and enjoyment. Beauty and magnetism as well! Love sharing it all!
What is your blogging philosophy?
I just write about life and what I am learning as I move through it. I have studied many Eastern traditions, yoga, tia chi, Chinese and Ayervedic medicine. I see it simply and can explain concepts of these things for modern living so I share that. I also grow organic flowers so I have lots of green in me. I began blogger just for myself and I am a recent author of a womans book that came from refining my ideas through blogging. The Lotus Project it is called, the art of being a woman, alluring wellbeing and beauty through green living.
I have been blogging since...
