I wish I could attach the photos but it failed. :( it's not hard to make a shape since it's similar with ravioli, but it's kind of hard to make it well fried. have to control fire carefully.I filled with mainly tofu, carrots, cabbage, little bit of pepper, ginger, galic and eggs.. and sauce is soy sause and sesame oil. actually you can fill anything inside, which is the best part of dumplings!See More
