I don't know when or where I got bit by the travel bug - perhaps it was in Italy when I was nine? In France when I was nineteen? Or India when I was twenty nine? But having children has done nothing to cure me of it.

I love nothing more than to hit the road with my two boys, who are three and six, and my husband Matt. Nothing more, except writing about it on my blog.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I believe first and foremost in the quality of the writing. I want to tell stories that are engaging and fun to read.

I also want to offer, where I can, tips and advice to parents who travel, are afraid to travel, won't even think about traveling...and everyone in between. My ultimate goal is to demonstrate the joys of traveling with children.
I have been blogging since...

Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.

Hi Mara! We had our first family vacay a couple of months ago and I was surprised at how smoothly it went--of course, I waited until they were 6 and 4!

Nope, I didn't. Thanks for the compliment, though. The layout was designed by Lena and there's a link for her work at the very bottom of my blogpage. :) Thanks for visiting.
