February 2015 Recipe

Sweetheart Cake1 box white cake mix 1 cup salad oil3 heaping tablespoons flour 4 eggs1 package strawberry gelatin 1/2 cup water1/2 package frozen strawberriesMix cake mix, flour and gelatin. Add oil. Beat in eggs. Add water and strawberries. Mix well. Bake in greased tube pan 35 to 40 minutes at 350. Frost with whipped cream or cool whip mixed with remaining 1/2 package strawberries and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.See More

My Recipe for January 2015

Here's the recipe for January.Beat the Blahs with Marilyn's Bargain Burger Bake1 pound lean ground beef1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped celery2 tablespoons margarine1/2 cup hot water1 tablespoon soy sauce1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 small can crisp Chinese noodlesSaute onion and celery in margarine. HOLIDAY APPLE CRANBERRY CRISP4 medium sized cooking apples (about 1 1/3 pounds)1 1-pound can whole cranberry sauce1 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup uncooked oatmeal1/2 cup flour1 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed)1/2 cup butterPeel apples and slice thin. Melt in Your Mouth Brown Sugar Bars2/3 cup sifted flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup margarine1 cup dark brown sugar1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup nutsSift dry ingredients together. Sweetheart Cake
