That ad was a complete joke and I agree with you it is a joke how women are used...I worked in retail when I was in College as well and when I would dress up and do my hair nice they used to put me in the front to attract "clients" and they were pretty honest about that too!
The sad part is that many women use their looks to get ahead in life! That is something I would never want young girls to think is acceptable!
