I have a social networking site for moms who live in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and have young kids (babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and grade school). AH Moms share information on events, activities, programs, and resources and connect both online and in person. The site has a forum, blog (where mom bloggers can post about kid-oriented local topics), groups, and more.
What is your blogging philosophy?
When I was a new mom, I was lucky enough to connect with a group of women who've supported me through parenting struggles, and I want others to have the chance to do so as well. Throughout the years, I've seen my different mommy circles looking for much of the same information, and I want to provide a place for everyone to access that information.
