i need to start doing this. i have the notebook but the kids do not give me time to write it down. the best ideas come in the bathroom or bed time. and usually no time to write it then. i will do it and see what happens.

I've definitely had slumps before. What helps me is to carry a little notebook and write down various ideas as they come to me during the course of the day... or, sometimes I record a voice note into my phone and email the message to myself.

Have you ever thought to yourself, I'll write that book someday. I'll work out one day. Well, did it ever happen or are you still waiting for that magic day to appear? Lately, I've been setting small goals for myself daily. The best way for me to achieve is to stay consistent. My small goal of the month is to recite more Quran. I usually read the Quran in the morning after breakfast and it makes me feel super good through the whole day. My day feels more productive.

working all night and coming home at 3:30 a.m. all you want to do is go to sleep but that's not happening.
its 4:13 a.m. and the baby is crying. over and over, he is crying. he does not want is bottle. he does not want to sleep. he wants something so out of his reach that walking around and shushing him is not helping. so what's a parent to do? the solution is 24 hour rite aid which is a mile away. they have what he needs. my husband goes out and gets… Continue
