I'm a homeschooling mother of five, including a special-needs four-year-old (my only boy). I'm also a children's book author. I wrote the Martha and Charlotte books about the ancestors of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
I used to be a paid blogger on education and special-needs children at The Lilting House for ClubMom. Now I'm back to a more mellow kind of blogging at Here in the Bonny Glen, where I've been writing about children's books, family, and education since January 1995.
I run a collaborative how-to blog about blogging called Moms Who Blog.
Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
Hi Lissa! I love your Barcelona pictures. Dave and I went to Madrid and the Costa del Sol before we had children. Also a side trip across the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco. I loved Spain and I'm told Barcelona is even more beautiful than Madrid. Your pictures certainly bear that out. I'm so glad you and Scott went and had such a wonderful time.
