Nobody likes suffering from allergies. For parents, it is especially hard watching your kids battle runny noses, watery eyes, frequent sneezing, and other symptoms. Help your children overcome their allergies with clean air to breathe and a healthy diet.

I'm a thinking, acting, extended breastfeeding mom, passionate about my kids and natural parenting, caring for the earth and being vegetarian. I am putting together a book about the social issues breastfeeding moms face in today's mainstream culture and I am looking for breastfeeding photo submissions. More info can be found on my site.
What is your blogging philosophy?

Hi there from The Girlz Korner in upstate New York where you'll find light, witty and rather entertaining articles on every topic imaginable from The Little Black Dress to Making Whoopie. So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time. I just love this site. The women are so embracing and I hope you are enjoying your experience as much as I.
Hello there! I saw you on the vegetarian moms group. I love your mission statement to make breastfeeding more socially acceptable! How wonderful is that?!?! I just couldn't leave without giving you a comment and telling you a story, I once had a man say "I don't pee in the middle of a restaurant, why is it ok for you to nurse in here" yup, that's what we are up against..... My hope is that if my daughter ever has children, she will do so in a society that acts as if breastfeeding is a normal natural thing to do....not shocking, or obscene, or dirty. Anyhoo....I'll stop ranting now. :) All I really wanted to say was "hi".
G'day Melodie and welcome aboard :) I was a determined breastfeeding mom too, even through mastitis, blocked ducts.... you know the story I'm sure! But I'm so glad I did it and have three healthy munchkins to show for it :)
