As soon as the weather cools in the fall and winter my family requests that I make my now infamous potato cheese soup. What’s not to love about this recipe? It’s delicious all on its own, requires just a few staple ingredients, tastes better the second time around and is relatively quick to prepare. I feel like there is a rhythm to baking and over the last few years I have really perfected this recipe. So let’s begin!
