I was determined on 1/1/08 to actually get it off for good this time! So, from Jan to June I worked my hiney off...ok, mostly I just changed how much I ate..used smaller plates, ate healthy and convinced hubby to do it with me. The competition was on! LOL. I lost 30 lbs. Went to FL vacation, was off routine a few mos (gained 7) then started adipex(2 mos) have lost the rest. I would like to lose 10-15 more...those are the hardest!
