Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I am a SAHM to 4 year old Z and 2 year old Q (hard!) and the wife of a cop (harder!) in Small Town, Texas. I am fully occupied with child rearing, weight loss, and dog herding, but am trying to carve out some healthy "me" space.

What is your blogging philosophy?: I blog to blow off steam (hopefully in an entertaining way), process my life, keep me faithful to my new healthier lifestyle, and to exercise the parts of my brain that are wasting away from disuse.
