Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I live in Northern NJ and I have been a SAHM to 3 wonderful children for the past 10 or so years. I am married now for 13 years + and have a great husband. I use to teach early childhood and then decided to stay at home once I had my own kids. It has been great, but, after nearly a decade, I felt ready to start my own business and voila, while pregnant with baby number 3, I thought up a name for a website and www.startingoutsmall.com became a reality in Nov. 2009. I love being a now, WAHM who can be home for my kids, yet have a career that I find fun and rewarding.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I don't really have one, other than "keep it clean". I don't like when people rat on others or use bad language. I like other Mom Businesses to support one another and I also value the friendships that have evolved from networking with other wonderful people online. I like to write about things that make parents aware, think and are helpful. I also appreciate doing giveaways and also being a product reviewer. So, if anyone wants me to try out anything, i am ready and willing. Also, since I have a baby gifts and accessories site, if you have a product that you think could be a good fit, please email me and send me a sample, it would be my pleasure to test it out. I have a 2 1/2 year old!
I have been blogging since...
2008 or so...

Welcome to Mom Blogger's Club! I hope you enjoy your time here and find it helpful! I know it can be overwhelming at first but I promise, you'll be a pro on here in no time! I write a blog called The Adventures of J-Man and MillerBug. It's a blog about my life with my two boys and I do some pretty cool giveaways (OK, I think they're cool! Do you?)
Every weekend I host the Finding New Friends Weekend Blog Hop. It's a great way to find new followers and friends as well as get to know more of your fellow mom bloggers. If you're not familiar with a blog hop, all you have to do is add your blog to the list. Participants then "hop" from blog to blog to find great new blogs! It's a ton of fun! I'd love to have you join us. It's going on now so come on over and link up! You can find it here: http://myadventureinmommyhood.blogspot.com/2011/08/finding-new-friends-weekend-blog-hop_25.html#more. Be sure to leave a messge if you join up so that I can follow you back!
Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help you with anything in your blogging journey! I look forward to being your friend!
