Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I'm a writer and the mother of a bright and beautiful young girl who challenges me everyday to be a better person. She constantly reminds me of what's important. I've learned that a parents job isn't to protect our children but to teach our children to be independent thinkers so that one day they can stand on their own two feet.
