Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a former childbirth educator and current proud mama of a one-year-old daughter. I have a passion for maternal-child health and I love writing about the lessons I've learned through my experience of pregnancy, delivery, breast feeding, and child care. My vision for my blog is a forum for women to interact, give and receive support and encouragement, and share advice about all things relating to pregnancy, breast feeding, and raising children. I am a "healthy-minded mama" and I also use my blog to share ideas for improving the health of our families. Come check it out and share your own ideas and advice!
