Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a former childbirth educator and current proud mama of a one-year-old daughter. I have a passion for maternal-child health and I love writing about the lessons I've learned through my experience of pregnancy, delivery, breast feeding, and child care. My vision for my blog is a forum for women to interact, give and receive support and encouragement, and share advice about all things relating to pregnancy, breast feeding, and raising children. I am a "healthy-minded mama" and I also use my blog to share ideas for improving the health of our families. Come check it out and share your own ideas and advice!
What is your blogging philosophy?
Provide relevant, evidence-supported information to other moms. Provide a forum for women to interact, share advice, and receive support and encouragement. Be a positive influence and provide helpful information that encourages healthy pregnancy and lifestyle.
I have been blogging since...
