It happens every single day, getting ready to take your favorite fitness class.  The room is filled with mirrors…. ugh what could be worse??? A room also filled with other women ( or men ) that you are so sure are in much better shape than you are.  I know what is going thru your mind… how the hell did I get here and why am I doing this.  I am so fat, clumsy, sloppy… you add your own adjective.
