I am a mother of 2 children who became interested in health and nutrition when my husband became ill with an autoimmune disease. My children were also both born with food allergies and sensitivities so I was seeking information on foods they could eat. Over the years I have came to the conclusion that whole unprocessed foods are where its at!
What is your blogging philosophy?
I am just trying to inspire or offer any piece of helpful information that I have come across in the course of my reading and researching health and nutrition.
