Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I love anything creative and inspiring as well as food, art, writing and doing anything that brings my heart joy. I am a mom to a wonderful (almost two year old) and my journey with him has already taught me so much and changed my life for the better in so many ways! I have had food allergies since childhood but they got much worse after the birth of my son. He is also sensitive to certain foods so everyday is a learning experience and a journey towards wholeness and wellness.
I recently started the GAPS diet and it is working wonders with both of us. I'll keep you updated!

What is your blogging philosophy?: I believe in sharing content that is helpful for people as well as inspiring, easy to read and informative. I am a cook so I love sharing recipes and information about food restrictions with people.
Being authentic and real is also something I strive for when I am writing on my blog.
