Share a little something about yourself with other moms.
I am a Doctor of Oriental Medicine specializing in Ayurveda. I have two boys under 7, so I've gotten really great at juggling it all. I have a private healthcare practice and I am the founder of Bodhimed.com, an online natural health magazine devoted to Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine.
What is your blogging philosophy?
I believe that the ancient medical systems that I'm trained in have so much to offer people who are interested in taking responsibility for their own health naturally. I try to present some very foreign information in a fun and friendly and accessible language so that people can easily apply it to their own lives. I try to convey that I am a regular person, a mom, just like my audience, but that I happen to be able to share some very profound natural health advice that can help everyone live a more balanced lifestyle.
I have been blogging since...

So if you get a chance to kick back and exhale, if only for a brief moment ... come on over and see me some time.
