The most painful thing of my life is how I failed to make sure that my two oldest children felt truly loved. Sure, it’s easy to be so darn critical after the fact. And yes, I can say with absolute conviction that I did my best to love them. - Surviving or Thriving? There have been 4 generations of women in my family that have survived their life. And to be quite honest…that’s how I lived the majority of my life too.
Ladies there is another way!
The role of motherhood can take its toll on us …but only if we let it. I think motherhood is an evolving experience that requires all of our collaboration just to make it through. I don’t know how I could have ever survived it without all of my “girlfriends.” I hope to continue that collaboration with you here by sharing both my successes and my mistakes.... Because now at 45 I’m thrilled to say that I survived and am THRIVING!
