At 8:17pm on September 1, 2008, Stephanie said…: My father retired from the military - in Havre, Montana. After 24 years.... The base has since closed down. It was almost at the Canadian border! He loves the hunting (or did in his younger years). I am 80% sure that we will be back there before the year is out.
