(In all honesty ~ I am just your average 'wanna be' Supermom. I would love to be able to do it all, but I never seem to get there. I blog on the couch in between homeschooling, cleaning & cooking ... without make-up, hair in a ponytail, wearing my most comfy exercise shorts or yoga pants & tank top. I consider myself lucky if I get an undisturbed shower by 2 p.m.)

Apple Experiment

I bought two dozen of organic Gala apples from Costco yesterday. I am starting an apple experiment today (o:

My apple experiment is very simple. I plan to eat three (non-candy coated) apples a day, one before each meal.

Why? A medium apple only contains about 80 calories, no fat & no cholesterol.
