Share a little something about yourself with other moms.: I am a mother of three kids, 2 pre-teen and 1 adult child, they are my focus in life, my oldest son just made the president's list at his college and I am a proud mama! I love working out and I found that I love to blog.

What is your blogging philosophy?: I am in the learning process, and still have alot to learn, I really enjoy writing my thoughts and have found that this is helping me with my weight loss. Blogging brings me peace and tranquliity.
