Grew up all over the world as an Air Force brat, have never lived anywhere for more than three years. Married to an Army officer, and have two very active, very adorable kids (a five year old girl and a two year old boy) and a dog who often drives me crazy. I live a low-carb Atkins lifestyle and I love it!
