Hey Tiffany! There are a few different apps you can use depending on your blog platform. Try http://twitterfeed.com/ - seems to be the most commonly used. There are also some WordPress plugins that do this if your blog is on WordPress.

- Daughter, sister, wife, mother, grad student, writer- all of whom owe thousands of dollars in student loans and would also like their figure back. I have two children: a daughter (G) who's 2 and a 5 month old son (LB- for 'Little Brown' and also because he's kind of chunky. Don't worry, I have money for his futre therapy regarding the emotional damage caused by nicknames). And I've got a husband too...he's around here, somewhere.
