Exercising will energize you. It also promotes bowel movement, and helps to strengthen-tone your muscles, thighs, and butt. It lubricates the fluids in your joints, helps you sleep better at night by relieving your stress, and increases your blood flow. Some Days I Just Lose It And Postpartum Again Rears Her Ugly Head

Last week I had one of those days where I felt like life, as I know it, was slipping away- there was just too much crap.
