How to Add a SCROLLING IMAGE BAR to Your Blog!

I wanted to write this post tonight because it is a question that I get from a lot of my readers and it is a great tool for any blogger to use. This is a very convenient way to squeeze as much content onto your

site without having a blog that continues on FOREVER! I want to try

and explain in a few steps how you can turn your sidebar into…

Use your feet to go green

Sometimes going green doesn't mean you need the newest products out there, sometimes it's as simple as using your own two feet.

Poetic Voice

He does not fight nor shout; He does no raise His voice! He does

not crash the weak, or quench the smallest hope; He will end all

conflict with his final victory.,
Matthew 12:19-20
...So there

is not need to scream at me! I can understand clearly...your pain and

agony...but don't forget about me. I was just an innocent

Getting my hands dirty again felt real good!

For those that have been in the proximity of my life and circus for the past few years, you will understand what I mean when I say how exhilarated I felt this afternoon after planting silly little flowers, bushes and trees without worrying what anyone thought or said. Without rehashing it all and pointing fingers, let me just say how nice it was to be able to do what we used to enjoy before my daughter got so sick and we had to give up spending even small amounts of money and time on things…

Dream Interp 101

What does it mean when you sit up like you've been hit by a lightning bolt at 5:30 AM from a real as life dream where the van you're driving, which isn't your usual green one BTW, is speeding 65mph down your residential street of 25 mph and you've lost control of the steering? It wouldn't mean that it's now Tuesday morning, and 20 relatives are due to come over for Easter this Sunday and you haven't even lifted a finger to clean your house yet, would it?… Continue

Blind Sided

I watched the movie The Blind Side last night for the first time…it won’t be the last. I had tried to see it at the theater, but was always too busy…or I just didn’t

make the time. Last night, my

husband was out of town so the girls and I decided to have a “movie

night.” Movie night entailed a

gourmet dinner of popcorn, Milk Duds, Whoppers, (yep, that was dinner) closed

blinds, all the lights off, and…

Good Parenting Discipline Tactics - Gets Results

Discipline is an area that is commonly known to parents as the place where

we seem to make the most mistakes. I mean let's face it, when you are

overwhelmed, frustrated, angry, and sometimes even fed up being a parent, you

are expected to make an immediate decision that requires clear, concise,

sensible fair discipline rules. Result based discipline tactics will help parents

not get entangled in discipline traps that cause much frustration and repeat

offender…

Permission to be the Brand

I have long been lamenting the dwindling interest in historical sites and events in my area. Places that hold memories of my childhood where I was in wonder at this world around me. Places that this new generation is missing, stuck behind a Wii or TV.

How to reach out and get them out there? Somebody has to do something. What can I do? Ideas…
