If you have never cleaned your microfiber furniture before, don't be scared. Just don't use water because it will leave water marks behind.
Here is what my chair…

I have a sensitive child. She is beautiful, considerate, intelligent, exceptionally well mannered, and very, very sensitive.
Her sensitivity is one of the things I admire about her the most, and one of the greatest challenges in parenting her. Besides being the What If Child, she worries mostly about being perfect. She wants to have the best grades in the…Continue

Whenever I leave the kids with my husband, by the time I come home, the house looks like a tornado went through it. I can’t seem to understand how it gets so messy! And, if I ask my husband what happened and why it’s so messy, his usual response is; “I’ve been busy watching the kids, I haven’t had a chance to clean up yet.” This is after watching the kids after only 1 hour.

‘Are we a couple now?’ ‘Are we done seeing other people?’ ‘Are we exclusive?’
Questions like those are really unnecessary to pose when it comes down to it.
Mature people do not need coaching or to…Continue

Most mom bloggers, I've noticed, really aren't blogging for the cold hard cash. Rather, they are newer bloggers with small children who might…Continue
What should I say about this latest tear in our societal fabric, the young Black boy shot and killed in Florida because the self-assigned "neighborhood watch captain" thought he looked suspicious? I have simultaneous strands of feelings about the case of Trayvon Martin, all of which are too long to explore and still somewhat unresolved in myself.
But this story hits me primarily as a mother. Squarely, like a fist, it hits me dead center in my chest. In that paramount role of my…
