Pain In The Jabez

Proud Mom Moment

I'm a very proud mother this morning...Last night my son, Tyler, played the piano in front of a standing room only crowd in Denver winning $300 for 2nd place in a Denver area talent show. The show was hosted by a local church for the benefit of a Habitat for Humanity family.

I Think I Just Survived My First Temper Tantrum!

My ten month old son just had the biggest melt down I have ever seen! I am a first time mom so I can't be sure if this was your typical "temper tantrum" but it was definatly something! I was trying to feed him lunch and he proceeded to slap me and the spoon of food (several times) sending the food all over my dining room.
