For the past two months I had been toying with the idea of setting up my own Membership site
to teach other parents how to set up their own website/ blog or e-store. Am compiling all the information I have learned and experience this past two years since entering internet marketing.
It is still a site in progress and am aiming to launch the site by Mid August if… Continue

Having four children has made me realise a lot of things. It is amazing that on some levels when you have more than two children, any others that follow seem to hop on the bandwagon and you carry on living regardless.
I found going from one child to two children very hard, the fact that there was only a year and a day between them might have been a contributing factor. It was so hard trying to fit in another baby's needs into a day that was already full from baby number one. I… Continue

We're super busy around here! Especially during the summer. I'm noticing the older Easy gets the more outings we have planned. Everyday we have something. And as many Mom's know... outings with a toddler means a lot of preparation and snacks!
So when I came across the company Haute Lunch I was excited! They make coolers that look like purses! Not the basic, boring, and ugly cooler. Haute Lunch totes are so girly and they have many designs to choose from. These coolers are super cute… Continue

My guess is….that if you were born after 1970 you’ll pass right over this blog post, because you think she had something to do with manners. FYI, the manner lady is Emily Post. Thank you. (Emily taught me well).
If you Google “Erma Bombeck” (may she rest in peace), you’ll only get 50,000 results. AND if you’ve been a loyal blog reader here, you already know that google has 765,000,001 results for “blogs”. Clearly no one really knows who she is.
I did the googling for you… Continue

Today I woke up in a bit of an icky mood. Aside from the fact that I rose at 5:30 (not willingly) my freshly bathed dog rolled in crap and two giant zits had sprung up like weeds on my face sometime during the night. Fantastic. I thought people my age weren't supposed to get zits anymore.
With my less than wonderful disposition this morning came the question I ask myself once in a while "Why? Why? Why do I write this blog?" It started as a… Continue

I recently discovered Lori Hanson and her blog, Learn2Balance
, full of wonderfully insightful articles about eating disorders
and recovery. Lori should have insights—she’s been there, too. Although I share with you my experiences dealing with food issues from time to time, I have only my narrow perspective to provide. No research. Few answers.
So, I sent Lori an… Continue

I am new to blogging as you can clearly see by my very meager archive.
If you had asked me three weeks ago about blogging, I probably would have laughed at you . Who has time for sitting here and typing daily psychobabble when there is work, laundry, carpooling, house straightening, errands, homework, obligations and a shot at sleep to handle? And why would someone want to read about anything I have to say in the first place? To me, it’s up there with entering contests all day and… Continue

So many of you might realize from reading my posts that I am a bit of a worry-wort, and I am pretty sure that germs, rabid bats, and the like are out to get me and/or my family. You may also know that I carry around copious amounts of hand sanitizer, using 3 ounces on just one outing, and I will spray you with Lysol if you sneeze in my direction, because I am pretty sure you have H1N1. Well, this awesomely paranoid behavior didn't develop overnight,… Continue

A complete and total techie geek. I research every thing to death and it takes me forever to find the perfect camera, camcorder, laptop, phone, gaming system, car, you name it.
It’s in my blood, I can’t help it. My dad is an engineer and I inherited this disfunction. There is no cure for it that I know of.
My new bug is finding the perfect camcorder. It’s gotta have a hard drive base storage system and it’s gotta be small. I’ll get back to you when I’ve found the perfect… Continue

I am so tired this morning. I didn't get much sleep last night since my 1year old is teething and she definitely did not want to sleep. On the upside, it's actually raining which is great since it hasn't rained here in weeks so it's cooled it off and that is great news to me. I have no idea what we are going to do today, hubby had cq last night so he's off today and I guess we're just going to stay home and relax.
