years ago, this week, after a lil Christmas break, we were leaving an

Orlando hotel. As we were walking through the lobby to our car, I was

carrying our 3 yr old because he had a fever. There were a lot of

people--it was check-out time for the guests & the hotel was hosting

a convention. Without warning, Andy…

Instructions on how to work the baby.

The last time my dad saw Thomas was October 2010 B.C. {Before Crawling} So, things that were blissfully easy before like changing diapers and sitting down for a few minutes are not as easy anymore.

Here’s a list of instructions I will leave with him when I go to work tomorrow:

Translation Please

I used to despise the Bible and anyone who carried one. I avoided churches, and those people who seemed to radiant all kinds of goodness in the grocery stores. I couldn't imagine why anybody would let some book and some guy who died 2000 years ago… Continue

Any help would be appreciated and I hope to make great and wonderful friends during this process.  Friends are…

Holiday Intensity

Christmas is for the memories.  Christmas is for the anticipation.  Christmas, at least when you're the parent of two year olds, is not for the day, itself.

On Christmas Eve, I excitedly brought down my horribly wrapped presents and placed them carefully under the tree in the most eye-pleasing manner I could manage.  I stepped back to view my work, envisioning the happy day that was surely awaiting us.…
