Sometimes, we fail to see the treasure before us because of certain ideas, sometimes, obsessions, that fill our minds and prevent us from appreciating something of worth. With this theme in mind, this little fairy tale about a Princess who dreamed of meeting her Prince Charming was written. The Princess got what she wanted and more. …

So I know that I am always blogging about this, it is just something that I really believe in. I eat organic too for the most part anyway. It is always good to know what you are putting in or on your body, not to mention your baby's skin is even more important.
I live in the North East and it gets windy and COLD! YUCK! And my skin peels and my kids lips get chapped and little checks get red and BAM! As soon as I clean and moisturize their skin, it calms right down.

** Once again, I have no desire to go out and get all crazy on New Year's Eve. (I'd rather do it the night BEFORE New Year's Eve.)
** Christmas cookies seriously kicked my ass this year.
** Trying to write with a house full of people is like trying to have sex with a house full of people (uh....not that I would know or…Continue

My mother=in-law showed me this super easy, super yummy cake that's so pretty and yummy and perfect for guests.
It's the No Bake Cake.
To make it you will need square tea biscuits, 2 pkgs of pudding (you can mix and match), 2/3 cups of margarine, and whipped cream. Sprinkles or chocolate shavings optional.…

This year, Christmas was good. Not 'first cup of coffee in the morning' good (which you all know is REALLY good), but 'came home from work to a spotless house, dinner already made, the kids already bathed, with cheesecake and moscato' good. Seriously...
In my last post, I covered how my kids' dad was able to come home for Christmas. Complete surprise to the kids, they haven't seen him in 10 months, and I've been contemplating sharing the video with the world (but I'm one of those…

Ok, I think I've discussed I HATE wasting food. Its my
hard earned unemployment money going in the trash. So what can I make with some almost gone by veggies, frozen chicken boobs, and one rogue premade pie crust? You got it, Chicken Pot Pie.
4 tbl Butter
3 tbl Flour
2 Boneless Chicken Boobs (well, 2 halves that is)
Whatever veggies are in the house that need to get used up fresh,…Continue

Ok, so this isn't a long story, but I thought I would let y'all know how my adorable little son became THE YETI:
When we found out I was pregnant, we insisted that we would not find out what we were having until it hatched. But, alas, my 20 week ultrasound rolled around, and we just couldn't wait.
So, doing what any normal person would do, I posed the question on Facebook what everyone thought we were having. Of course, the usual boy girl votes came rolling…Continue
