So after living a life with a short metatarsal, I decided I wanted to have surgery to have it fixed! I got a few opinions that I didn't like, and then one that sounded perfect! It was the best day of my life! I was so excited! Finally, not having to hide my toes all the time! Surgery was April 28, and I was told not much pain, blah, blah, and not so blah blah on my end after all! I… Continue
I went dark for a few days. I was visiting a few friends who recently had babies or are pregnant. The crew is starting to to get bigger! Bag of clothes, bag of food, bag of toys, pack and play, portable high chair. Lugging all that shit in and out of my car was manual labor. I crashed as soon as I got home. It was great to see the… Continue

Life fades. The normal course is not to have things ripped away. Trauma comes in ripping, but the fading leaves quietly without notice. In peaceful moments, I often mark time with the thought: This is life... my life.
True and not true. It is, and it isn't.
For, Experience reminds me that I can no more hold onto the present than I can grasp falling water. Passing over fingertips, effects are felt, but don't remain. Every present is a part, a series of weavings that one day… Continue
Finally after two hard weeks of graft the decorating is finished, my nightly routine has consisted of putting the kids to bed and then brandishing my weapon of choice.....the paintbrush!
I have successfully painted all the woodwork in the house (doors, door frames, skirting boards etc), the kitchen ceiling and walls, the spare room ceiling, the stairway, the girls bedroom and our bedroom. It did originally started out as a quick freshen up to brighten up the house but then turned… Continue

Some people may not consider themselves hero's, but in others eyes they most certainley are. Rich at http://www.theperfectfocus.com/ is one of this people! Not only is Rich a champion for spreading awareness about Canine Companions, but he is a symbol to all to not be limited by disabilities. Rich is sight impaired yet he is an amazing photographer, a Judo instructor, and a friend to many people including my little Jude. According to Mike Jude seems to be doing better today. He seemed to revert back to his old feeding schedule last night after his seizure, because he woke at 4am hungry. Mike grumbled, and then slowly got out of bed to feed Jude 6 ounces.
So my poor Hubby has to check into the nursing home with Jude tonight to finish qualifying for the MDCP. This is the program that the state of Tx offers medically dependent children. It based off the child's "income" not the parents, which means…Continue

If you are struggling with trying to figure out all the mumbo-jumbo there is out there about affiliate marketing, you are not alone. I spent the better part of a year jumping from one program to the next hoping to find the "holy grail". Well, you know what? You could spend your whole life chasing your tail and get absolutely no where.

He was always against having children and made it very clear that he doesn't want any, she did however manage to "squezze" one child out of him with his approval. Please please please come up with some suggestions to give her to take to him. Thanks in advance for all of your inputs...…
