Morning mamas! If you've been following my blog you've read some of my attempts at getting back into shape post baby. Back in July I started up with Stroller Strides which is a local group of moms that work out at the park with their babies. I was only able to stick with it for a few weeks until I injured my knee, BAD! I gave myself a few weeks off to give my knee time to heal.
