Its recently I thought I should make my kids do Yoga. I observed my first child who is 5 years old has started understanding the importance of healthy and fit body. Mainly as he think his favorite person : Spiderman is healthiest and fastest person alive on earth . Being a mother, though the most amazing gift in the world is not always the most glamorous! It is messy!
