Favorite Make-Ahead Meals

For once, our freezer is stocked. I still feel like it's not enough, but I have no room for anymore stuff, so I guess it will have to do! I've been making a few extra meals each week for the last few weeks to stock up on meals for when the baby comes. I've learned that anytime I make a casserole, to just make two of them and freeze the other one. It really doesn't take anymore time and saves me from cooking a meal on another day. Christmas Breakfast Tradition: Monkey Bread

I love that our little family now has a few traditions throughout the year and this is one of them!  Monkey Bread.  I only make it one time a year; on Christmas morning and this year I am especially excited for it (probably bc I’m pregnant and have been craaaaving it since December 1st!)

Monkey Bread is prepared on Christmas Eve and left sitting out on the counter until morning.  Then, all you have to do when you wake is pop it in the oven, set a timer, and voila!  20 minutes…

Christmas Morning - Over night Chelsea Buns

As with all families, our Christmas morning’s agenda is all about opening presents and pulling fun gifts and treats out of stockings.
