some of you already know that yoga is good for you, some of you might think that you don't have time for anything, let alone a yoga class. Yes, yoga class would be nice, but you can definitely squeeze 10 minutes every day in your busy schedule, and do a simple yoga exercise at home, while kids are gone to school, or in the evening when they are gone to bed.
