I started practicing yoga about three years ago when I was pregnant with my little girl. It was love at first breath. What other exercise allows for a ten minute rest time (Savasana)? To be forced to relax for ten minutes is the best thing ever!
Unfortunately, I have fallen off the yoga-love wagon.

I love it when a “new study” republishes old information. This just in: four behaviors are correlated with longevity. The behaviors studied happen to be physical exercise, nutrition, alcohol use, and tobacco use.

I finally got back into my Zumba class after dropping out for like a month. I stopped going right after my body sculpting class ended and Miss Snarky made her "comments" (since we usually go together). She kept going – I did not. Granted not all missed classes were on purpose – I do have a life with 2 + 3 kids, a husband, a grill, 2 dogs, a cat, a bird, and like 5 or 6 fish, 2 baby momma’s (yes, they rank below the fish) – not to mention a job.
