SEE What These Foods Can Do For You!

When I was growing up, most people I knew must have had pretty good vision.  I say that because contact lenses weren’t the norm like they are today.  If a person couldn’t see well, that person wore glasses.  And most of the people I knew didn’t.

Sure, my grandparents wore glasses, as did the lady at the front desk of our library, and probably a couple of…

ReLuma Skin Illuminating Anti-aging Serum & Moisturizer preview! (amongst other things)

Another glorious day of rain in London. Week 27, 13 weeks to go and things are becoming more real to me at long last. I think that I just about feel pregnant! Now being the time that my (once) petite 5'1 and a half(!) frame has an extremely large protrusion jutting out from the front, it's no surprise really. It's funny how obsessed with weight and size we are. I really thought that when I became pregnant that I would almost be like a different person. That I would change, grow up and just…

My baby is 5 and a pain in my eye. Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I know that I, for one, am feeling

afternoon. It was so HOT that many of the animals were hiding in the

shade but, all in all, we had a good time. We're planning on going back

in late September when it will be cooler out so we can actually see

animals at the zoo. Novel idea, huh?… Continue

I Spoke to “The Doctors” — The Bachelor Dr. Travis Stork & Dr. James Sears

I was invited by Rolemommy.com and CBS Television to participate in a conference call with Dr. Travis Stork (remember him from “The Bachelor”?) and pediatrician Dr. James “Jim” Sears today (what an honors since his The Baby Book and his parent’s The Breastfeeding Book and The Attachment Parenting Book are some of my absolute favorite!). Dr. Sears and Dr. Stork are part of a team of four doctors discussing medicine and health in a relatable fashion five days a week on CBS’s “The Doctors.” I was… Continue
