Before her Celiac diagnosis my daughter used to eat canned soup by the gallon. It was almost always our go-to meal when Matt was traveling and I was working full-time and going to school. Popping open a can of chicken nood or Italian wedding soup after a long day was a dream. Unfortunately post-diagnosis we haven’t been able to find any soup we like, except the kind I have to make myself.
