When I think of inspiration, I think of something that gives a little push to someone to get them to take a leap. It is important to find out what inspires you to do your best and to move forward. Sometimes, life gets hard and when it does, work…Continue

Leaping into sweet inspiration ...
Leap Year is a year in which extra consideration should be given to inspiration.
Why? Because it is an extra day, a bonus day in a year of busy; an extra 24-hours to make up for time lost, friends or…Continue

When I was eight-years-old, my young mother handed me a slip of paper with an Einstein quote, “He who joyfully marches to music rank and file, has already earned by contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice.”
Why she gave this to me and…Continue

Seven years ago someone mentioned 'weblogs' and I winced. Why would someone want to go and put their journaling thoughts online for all to see? Good god, what madness is taking over society? We left for Peace Corps in 2000 and returned to the rubbed-and-well-worn jeans look. Cell phones for everyone...and everywhere. And now, diluting of the web with weblogs?!
And then just five years later we welcomed our first child. We were living in the Bay Area and our family lived just far…
