First of all I want to make something really clear:
DO NOT EXIST IN THE ITALIAN FOOD TRADITION.
They have not even been mentioned once.

Last weekend, we got invited out of the city.
We went to some friends’ country house right in the middle of Umbria.
Umbria is a lovely region close to Tuscany; only one and a half hour away from Rome.
It was a very difficult decision to make…
