Do you feel lucky on Mother's Day?

I love all the contests that are out there on Mother's Day.  Here's the question:  Do you feel luckier and are we actually luckier this day over others?  I think that if we feel we are lucky, we do get luckier.  I know this sounds a bit far fetched but hear me out.  When you don't feel like you have any luck, do you even try?  I don't.  I just don't even bother giving anything a try.
