Meal for family of 4 on a Budget!

hello & welcome to my first blog post from Australia......the US economy and rising oil prices, along with our own depressed economy have had an effect on our pockets over here in Australia. Thankfully, just before Christmas, our gas prices dropped slightly and we had two small consecutive interest rate cuts.
