Healthy Oatmeal Muffins

Here is a healthier muffin recipe.  I like to make them a lot, mainly for my toddler who won’t touch oatmeal (or yogurt, or cream of wheat, or anything of that texture). Banana Crumb Muffins or Bread Recipe

Do you have bananas that are about to go bad?  If so, don’t toss them out.  They are perfect for making banana muffins or bread.  In fact, they can even be be turning brown.  These muffins are not only easy to make but they are very moist and tasty.  The crumb topping was fantastic on top of the muffins even some of mine my muffins didn’t come out looking pretty.  I wanted to make something that was a bit different than the traditional banana bread recipe.
