Is it Kosher to use your social network membership to spam?

I'm a member of TwitterMoms, MBC, Bloggy Moms and Mommy TLC. I read a lot of posts on these social network sites and if I'm interested, I'll follow back to the blogger's website. While there, I'll decide if I want to comment, if I want to tweet, fb like or sign up for RSS feed or an email subscription.
