If you're an entrepreneur, you need to have a thick skin. You'll come into contact with plenty of naysayers who will try to blast your ideas to smithereens. Don't let them break your stride. LOL. I'm totally dating myself by making that reference...…

Okay. If I haven't made this point clear in the past, let me try again.
People are INUNDATED with information, 24 x 7. If yours doesn't have the potential to minimally raise an eyebrow, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF!
I've experienced this firsthand in my own entrepreneurial endeavors and it never ceases to amaze me how some people just don't care about contributing to the overload. They have something to say and darn it, it shall be said. The only problem is, oftentimes, NOBODY…Continue

There is a really good reason why feedback is so critical in the product development process.
Hmm, interesting. Tell me more.
If you go down a path without prospective customer feedback, you run the risk that you will never be able to gain traction in the marketplace. You WILL feel strongly about your product. This is pretty much a guarantee. It's hard not to take criticism personally when you've poured your heart and soul into your idea but develop a thick skin…Continue

When it came time for us to create a baby registry, mu husband and I felt really overwhelmed. There are so many products and brands and things you just never knew you needed. Sometimes the most logical things end up being useless, while the things you thought you’d never need become lifesavers. My…Continue

When we were kids, the only method of solo transportation we had was a solid steel walker that looked like it should have come with its own pair of orthopedic shoes. Hell, for all WE know, my grandmother was working a little side deal with her podiatrist and using us as bait!…Continue

A few weeks ago, one of the Living Social deals posted was of a three month subscription to Bulu Box for $10. I went to their website and saw that Bulu Box is a product sampling company similar to the Bestowed box I tried earlier this year, but with a focus on weight loss. Weight loss is the whole purpose of me exercising, so I figured I'd try it. I couldn't wait for the box to arrive!
According to their web site:
"Bulu Box is the first health, nutrition and weight…Continue

It’s safe to say that I love sweets. And chocolate. And cookies. And well, I’m pregnant too (as if I haven’t mentioned that recently *wink*). Pregnant or not, I will never turn down the opportunity to eat something sweet! I had the chance to review a product (of my choice) from…Continue

I've had the Lifeproof Iphone case for about six months give or take. I didn't think about writing a review on this blog until today. I didn't think a phone case review belonged on my toddler/mommy blog until I had to deal with a toddler problem.

It's about that time. The Sexy Single Mommy is expanding. Although I have only been at this since May, I have decided to do some things differently, so I am looking for contributors.
Many of you have some great blogs and have a niche for different subjects. Even if you are not a "blogger," I am still interested in what you can contribute. The subjects that I am looking for are: Dating & Relationships, Parenting, Health & Beauty (which includes fashion),…

Potty training isn't easy. You might be nodding your head or thinking "duh". Now that my daughter's a semi pro at the potty training business I wanted to share with you what worked the best for us. I tried two different portable potties and two different toilet seats. I first tried using a gimmick. My daughter loves everything pink, Dora or princess themed and I thought it would help the process. Initially, the gimmick worked whether it was from the color or the decorations she wanted…Continue
