Robot shows babies are manipulating their parents to smile

There is a special moment between newborns and their parents, when the baby first smiles. Lots of people will try to ruin this moment, saying that it is just gas or that smiling is a learned response so the baby didn't mean it, but those people are awful, because as a parent you just know that the smile was because your baby loves you.…

NEW Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Toothpaste and Spinbrush

I have been using whitening toothpastes since I was a teen. I know the types of food eaten can result in yellow, cream color teeth and I like coffee but I don't drink it often enough for it to have an affect (at least I don't think it should). I've tried whitening strips, gels, mouth wash, some…

A Smile's Worth A Thousand Woofs

You likely know by now that Goatdog is generally a giant thorn in my side and that I often contemplate turning him into the main course for our Thanksgiving dinner.  That being said, though, he has somehow managed to worm his wicked way into our hearts with all of his quirky little…

I've had a couple of professional teeth whitening sessions but found that the sensitivity afterwards was uncomfortable and soon learned that too many sessions can leave your teeth a bluish, transparent color (not something I wanted!). I decided to look into some all natural remedies to keeping your teeth white…

Lead by example to your kids

You don’t want your kid to undergo from early tooth decay, right? Much more have a bridge, or have a smile makeover in their teeth prematurely. So, as a parent it’s best to encourage your children to brush regularly. But take my advice, don’t force them. I learned it the hard way. Instead of my kid following my rules and advice, he lost interest in following at all.

An outfit, a car wreck, TMJ, and TGIF!

Last night I raced home from work to relive Mike of baby duty so he could go give a few roof and paint estimates to people. I loaded Em, and Jude in the car and we went to get some groceries. I guess I opened my mouth when I lifted the seat because the next sound out of my body was a yelp of pain. My jaw suddenly locked in place, and there was sharp… Continue
