I have to post this recipe, mostly for future reference, because it was awesome! Not to mention, it was paleo AND vegan, too. I decided to experiment today and ventured outside of the normal old smoothie box, and came up with a healthy Chocolate Banana Green Smoothie.

I stumbled across this recipe months ago. But it wasn't until a month ago that I finally made it. You see, when I come across a delicious looking recipe involving chocolate I can't help but read on. 'Tis my lot in life to be a *sigh* chocolate lover.

Ever since we discovered my daughter had life-threatening allergies to all dairy products, my husband and I have been making various changes to our own diets. I am slowly feeling better. I started feeling sick Wednesday so four days is long enough for me to be sick. Not that I have any say in how long a cold stays in my system but you know what I mean.
